INTERVIEWS

You can get lots of content from interviewing people relevant to your industry or niche. There are very many kinds of interviews you can conduct on your blog.

Idea 17: Interview a Success, Pro or Guru

There are people who have succeeded in your niche. They may have a few useful tips and lessons for your readers. The interview format could just be you writing and emailing a set of questions to the interviewee who will also send answers as replies to the questions.

The interview could be about success in any kind of activity in your niche.

An example could be:

  1. An interview with a dog trainer
  2. An interview with  Henry Curte :the 100 comments per blog post blogger
  3. An interview with a  6 figure per month affiliate marketer

Is there any one who has succeeded in your niche? Someone you can interview. Do you know a couple of them?

Idea 18: Interview a Learner

There are people who are learning and having a level of success in your niche. They may also have a few useful tips and lessons for your readers. Conducting an interview for this set of people is another form of great content for your blog.

The interview could be about what the person is doing that is bringing him growth or that level of success. The interview will reveal what he is doing right and the challenges that he is facing.

An example could be:

  1. An interview with a new dog tamer
  2. gunning for 100 comments- An interview with a blogger
  3. An interview with a marketer plans to make $100 every 3 hours

Now, like you noticed the interviewee may be having a level of success already but wants to achieve a higher level of success. For example he may be having 10 comments on his blog but wants to gun for 100 comments.

In the interview he reveals what he is doing through the questions you pose.

At the end of the interview, you can add your advice and tips. Tips that will help the interviewee achieve higher success. For example you will give tips to the affiliate marketer to help him increase his earnings online. You will advice the blogger on what to do to improve his earning. For the dog trainer who was getting small results, you will reveal the tips and tricks that would give him higher results.

After a few weeks or months, you can do a follow up post. If their success improves, from following your advice or tips, your credibility and authority will shoot to the stars.

This in itself is proof and social proof at the same time. It works magic on other readers.

Is there any one who has a level of success in your niche? Someone whose success you can improve? Someone you can interview. Do you know a couple of them?

Idea 19: Interview a Failure

Yes, it is not a typo. You can also interview failures in your niche or industry too (or complete newbie). They also have lessons to share with your readers. Lessons about what they are doing wrong that is making them fail. The interview format could also just be you writing and emailing a set of questions to the interviewee who will also send answers as an email to the questions.

An example could be:

  1. How a boy failed at dog training-an interview
  2. Lessons from a blogger making $0 online-an interview
  3. An interview with a struggling affiliate marketer who makes $0 daily

You can add your advice and tips at the end of the interview. Tips that will help the interviewee (the failing person or the complete newbie) achieve success. For example you will give tips and tricks to the affiliate marketer to help him start making money online. You will advice the blogger what to do to improve his earnings.
